1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Service.
• You represent and warrant that you are not located in a restricted jurisdiction, including but not limited to: United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Netherlands, and any other region where online fantasy sports with wagering is prohibited.
• The Platform reserves the right to block or terminate accounts from restricted regions.

2. Account & Wallet

• To use the Service, you must connect a supported cryptocurrency wallet (e.g., MetaMask, Keplr, Privy, or WalletConnect).
• You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet credentials and private keys.
• The Platform does not store or control private keys and cannot recover lost access.

3. Game Participation

• The Platform enables users to create or join fantasy football leagues based on publicly available Fantasy Premier League (FPL) data.
• Entry into certain leagues may require payment of an entry fee or wager. Fees are collected in supported cryptocurrencies (e.g., USDC, stablecoins, or the Platform's native token).
• By joining a league, you agree to abide by the scoring and prize distribution rules specified at the time of entry.

4. Payments & Payouts

• Entry fees, wagers, and platform fees are processed via smart contracts. Once submitted, transactions are irreversible.
• Prize pools will be distributed automatically at the conclusion of the gameweek/season according to the league rules (e.g., winner-takes-all, top 3 split, head-to-head).
• In case of ties, payouts will follow the distribution logic defined in the smart contract.

5. Fees

• The Platform may deduct a service fee ("rake") from prize pools. Fees will be disclosed prior to joining a league.
• Additional network (gas) fees may apply for blockchain transactions.

6. No Affiliation

The Platform is an independent fantasy game and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the English Premier League, Fantasy Premier League (FPL), or any related entities.

7. Assumption of Risk

• By participating, you acknowledge the risks associated with cryptocurrency transactions, including volatility, transaction failures, gas fees, and potential smart contract vulnerabilities.
• You acknowledge that participation involves financial risk and that you may lose your wager.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to manipulate outcomes or exploit vulnerabilities in the scoring system or smart contracts.
• Circumvent geo-blocking or jurisdictional restrictions.

9. Restricted Jurisdictions

The Service is not available to residents of the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Netherlands, and any other jurisdictions where online wagering is prohibited. The Platform reserves the right to update this list at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

• The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform disclaims liability for: loss of funds, system outages, scoring errors, or third-party service failures (e.g., FPL API, blockchain networks).
• Users accept full responsibility for their participation.

11. Dispute Resolution

• In case of disputes, the Platform's determination of results and payouts is final.
• If legally required, disputes shall be resolved under the applicable laws.

12. Amendments

The Platform may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
