Find Your FPL ID

Your FPL Manager ID is the unique number that identifies your Fantasy Premier League account. Here’s how to find it.

Method 1: From the FPL Website

1

Log in to the FPL website

Go to fantasy.premierleague.com and log into your account.
2

Click "My Team"

In the top navigation, click My Team or Points.
3

Check your browser's address bar

Look at the URL in your browser. Your Manager ID is the number after /entry/.
fantasy.premierleague.com/entry/1234567/event/25
This number is your FPL Manager ID

Method 2: From the FPL Mobile App

1

Open the FPL app

Open the official Fantasy Premier League app on your phone.
2

Go to "More" then "My Details"

Tap the More tab at the bottom, then tap My Details.
3

Find your Manager ID

Your Manager ID is displayed under your team name and profile information.

Method 3: From the Points Page

Navigate to the Points tab on the FPL website. The URL will contain /entry/YOUR_ID/. Copy the number from the address bar.

To prove you own the FPL account, Footsy uses a quick team name verification process. Here’s exactly how it works.

1

Enter Your FPL Manager ID

After accepting the terms, a dialog appears asking for your Manager ID. Enter the number you found in the previous step. Footsy checks that the ID exists on the official FPL API and shows your current team name for confirmation.
2

Get Your Verification Code

Footsy generates a unique verification code in the format footsy-abc123 . Copy this code using the copy button — you’ll need it in the next step.
3

Change Your FPL Team Name

Go to fantasy.premierleague.com and change your team name to the exact verification code.

Navigate to: My Team Gameweek History / Squad Team Details→ Edit your team name.

4

Click "Verify & Link"

Return to Footsy and click Verify & Link. Footsy re-checks your FPL team name via the API. If it matches the code, your account is linked and you’re in!

Wallet & USDC

Your smart wallet is the key to entering paid leagues and collecting winnings.

Depositing USDC

Click Deposit in the header or on your profile page. Use Transfer Crypto or Direct Deposit to addUSDC to your Footsy wallet. Your balance updates automatically once the transaction confirms.

Withdrawing USDC

Navigate to your profile and click Withdraw. Enter the destination address and amount. The transfer is executed through your smart account — no gas required on your end.

Create a League

Set up a wager league in minutes. Here’s the full flow from start to on-chain deployment.

1

Go to Dashboard → Create League

From your dashboard, click the Create League button in the top right.
2

Enter Your FPL League ID

Open your league standings page on Fantasy Premier League and copy the number after /leagues/ and before /standings/. For example, in fantasy.premierleague.com/leagues/2821320/standings/c, enter 2821320. Footsy auto-fetches the league name and manager count so you can confirm it’s the right one.
3

Choose League Type

Pick Classic (managers ranked by total points) or Head-to-Head (paired matchups each gameweek). League type is detected automatically from your FPL league.
4

Set Entry & Wager

Enter the USDC wager amount each manager pays to join. Choose Per Gameweek (paid weekly) or Per Season (paid once up front). Set to 0 for a free league.
5

Configure Payouts & Settings

Choose how the prize pot is split — winner-takes-all or divided among top finishers. Set your gameweek window (e.g. GW20–GW38), max players (2–50), and whether the league is public or invite-only.
6

Review Cost & Deploy

A cost summary shows your total commitment (entry × gameweeks + 15 USDCcreation fee). Approve the transaction — your league contract is deployed on Polygon and open for others to join.
